Return policy

Change of Mind Returns

Returns must be sent back to us within 30 days of receiving the product. Products must in the same condition as recieved and in their original packaging.

How to Request a Return

To request to return an item submit an enquiry through the website, email: [email protected] or message @slayingjewels on instagram. 

Refunds

Once we have received your item and verified its condition, we will initiate a return. Please allow at least 14 days from our receipt of the return for the refund to be processed. Money will be sent to your original method of payment. We will email you once your return has been processed.

Damaged goods

In the event a product arrived to you damaged, please contact our customer service at [email protected]

The product can be repaired, replaced or refunded.

Restrictions

We cannot accept change of mind returns of earrings and hair clips due to safety/hygiene reasons.

ACCC Guidelines

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it

• is unsafe

• is significantly different from the sample or description

• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

If the problem is not major, we will repair the item withina reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
